A Crémant de Loire is usually a blend of Cabernet Franc and another grape variety: Chenin or Chardonnay. We dare to be original by making a Crémant de Loire a 100% made out of Cabernet Franc.
The grapes we use to make this salmon pink wine are exclusively hand-picked and harvested in crates. They are pressed at once so that we obtain this light pink color.
During a one-year-maturation in bottles, very tiny bubbles form themselves in the wine, making it look like a... But shhh!
A bottle of Crémant de Loire will fully express itself during the first years. This wine is best served in flute glasses, at 6 to 8°C.
